By using Whomation you agree to these terms. Use the platform lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and treat other members with respect.

You are responsible for the content you post, including the accuracy of the information it contains and your right to share it. You keep your rights to your content while giving Whomation permission to display it as part of the platform.

Community content on Whomation may not be accurate. It is shared by real people with real opinions, and important information should always be independently verified before you rely on it.

Don't use Whomation to break the law, harm others, spread harmful or deceptive content, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the platform. See our Content Policy for details.

To keep Whomation healthy, we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, the content policy, or the community guidelines.

Whomation is provided as available. We may change features, pause parts of the service, or shut it down, but we'll try to give you a heads-up when we can.

Whomation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including reliability, completeness or suitability for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the latest version here. Continuing to use Whomation means you accept the updated terms.
